How long does a full publishing package take?
Most Professional packages are completed in 3-5 weeks, depending on manuscript length and revision rounds. Starter packages typically take 7-10 business days. We also offer a 48-hour priority service for urgent projects at an additional fee.
Do I retain full copyright and royalties?
Absolutely. You retain 100% of your copyright and all royalties. We are a services company, we never take a percentage of sales or any ongoing rights. You own everything we produce for you, including cover art and formatted files.
What file formats do you accept for the manuscript?
We accept .docx (Microsoft Word), .pages, .rtf, .odt, and Google Docs (shared link). Most authors submit in Word format. If you have a specific format, contact us and we’ll advise the best way to submit.
Can I publish exclusively on Amazon KDP?
Yes. We support KDP Select (Kindle Unlimited exclusive) and wide distribution. We’ll advise on the pros and cons of each strategy for your genre before you decide, the choice is always yours.
What if I’m not happy with the editing or design?
All packages include at least one full revision round, and Professional includes unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. In the unlikely event you’re not happy after revisions, we offer a full refund on that service, no questions asked.
Do you work with non-fiction, business books or academic texts?
Yes, we work across all genres and formats including business, self-help, memoir, cookbooks, children’s books, academic texts and more. Complex layouts, charts and illustrations are handled by our specialist formatting team.
