Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will retain the rights to the original content provided by them and to the final content developed and delivered as part of the agreed service.

AustralisInk Publisher does not claim ownership of the client's manuscript or original intellectual property. Once the agreed project has been completed and delivered, the client may use, publish, distribute, or otherwise utilize the delivered work in accordance with the agreed project terms.

Any third-party materials, licensed assets, stock images, fonts, software, or other resources used within a project remain subject to their respective licensing and usage conditions.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of a project.

For services requiring advance payment, work will begin once the required payment has been received and confirmed. Any applicable transaction fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, or payment processing fees will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project timelines may be affected if required payments, materials, approvals, or information are delayed.

Revisions

AustralisInk Publisher provides revisions according to the scope and requirements agreed upon at the beginning of each project.

Revision requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of the delivery of the relevant work. In certain circumstances, a revision period of up to 14 days may be allowed at the discretion of AustralisInk Publisher.

Revisions must relate to the original project requirements. Requests involving substantial changes to the original brief, new content, additional services, or a significant change in direction may be treated as a new service or may incur additional charges.

Revision turnaround times depend on project urgency, workload, and the complexity of the requested changes. A standard minimum turnaround time of 24 hours may apply.

Project Requirements

All major project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and service expectations will be discussed with the client before the project begins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, manuscripts, instructions, approvals, and feedback required for the successful completion of their project.

Any dispute regarding project scope or deliverables will be considered based on the originally agreed requirements, these Terms & Conditions, and reasonable business practices.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or delayed approvals from the client may affect the project delivery timeline.
