1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using the services provided by AustralisInk Publisher Publishing Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide publishing-related services including but not limited to:

• Manuscript editing
• Book formatting
• Cover design
• Publishing assistance
• Marketing services
• Translation services

Service deliverables are defined individually in project agreements, invoices, proposals, or email communications.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees that:

• All submitted materials are legally owned or licensed by the client
• The client has authority to publish submitted content
• Materials do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or laws
• All required approvals will be provided in a timely manner

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership and copyright of their manuscripts and intellectual property. Australis Ink Publisher retains ownership of internal systems, templates, tools, workflows, and proprietary processes.

5. Payments

• All fees are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated
• Projects may require partial or full upfront payment
• Work may pause for overdue invoices
• Payments are non-refundable once substantial work has commenced

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted at our discretion depending on project status and completed work. No refunds are available for completed services or approved deliverables.

If a revision guarantee is included in a package, clients must allow reasonable revision opportunities before requesting a refund.

7. Revisions

Revision limits depend on the purchased package. Excessive revisions outside project scope may incur additional fees.

8. Publishing Platforms

We assist with third-party platforms including Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and others.

We do not control platform approval decisions, royalties, algorithm changes, account suspensions, or retailer policies.

9. No Earnings Guarantee

We do not guarantee book sales, bestseller rankings, royalties, media coverage, or financial success. Publishing performance depends on numerous market factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Australis Ink Publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, royalties, reputation, or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Client response times
• Revision requests
• Third-party platform delays

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for abusive conduct, illegal content, fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, or violations of these Terms.

13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australis Ink Publisher, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal expenses arising from submitted content or misuse of services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
